Finding Fulfillment in the Spiritual Age

I’m proud to introduce you to The Institute of Energy Based Health, LLC latest book Finding Fulfillment in the Spiritual Age, the much-anticipated new anthology chock-full of inspiring stories of powerful personal transformation in the face of life-altering events in which I am a co-author of.  You can find my story included in this book.

Like the other books in the series, it is powerful, engaging, and inspirational. But this one goes down a slightly different path. It reveals how women have faced huge, life-changing transitions in the areas of health, divorce, loss of loved ones, and more. The key message is how a woman’s mindset determines the outcome and to pay attention to and embrace spiritual awakenings when they occur.

“For many, it is absolutely painful,” says CEO Sheri Keys. “They avoid various types of events no matter the cost to themselves and the ones they love. But it doesn’t have to be that way. They can embrace them and learn from them.”

During the awakening process, there are many physical, mental and emotional journeys a woman will take – good or bad. The book teaches women how to make those journeys count in ways that are life-enhancing and soul-healing. “It’s not about not allowing yourself to feel the pain or the fear but to not let those emotions overwhelm and paralyze you,” she says. “I believe if you accept, you’re more apt to get started on the process of healing right now.”

Each woman’s story is completely different from the next, yet each one offers deeply personal and profound insights into personal transformation through difficult, unexpected circumstances. And all tell the tale about how they’ve come to be conscious creators of their lives as a result – an approach Keys says is critical to living a truly meaningful life lived from the essence of who a woman really is – the only way for a woman to get there is by digging deep and connecting with her soul.

“It can be gut-wrenching work, but my hope is that by learning how to embrace our life lessons, women will no longer try to force themselves to just be happy but instead they will move forward and do the work to get to the magical life they can have on the other side of the transition. Otherwise they’ll continue to let life happen to them.”

Sheri’s series of books has an inspiring track record. Their 2011 release, Smart Women Live Their Why: How Women Entrepreneurs Are Living On Purpose and In Passion reached No. 1 on Amazon at launch, and was the only female-authored book in the top 25 books in business.
